After hearing my girlfriend, sister, mother, and just about every woman I know complain about cellulite, I decided to purchase and review this program.  Even I know that cellulite creams, pills, massagers and all that other junk doesn’t work, so I was initially skeptical about this.  Seeing that it’s actually a sort of informal diet & exercise plan caught my interest.  It’s written by a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, which is always good to see.  It’s been proven that diet and exercise are the only effective way to permanently get rid of cellulite.  This is compared to topical cellulite products and creams which just cause swelling and temporarily cover up the problem.

To summarize the program, its essentially a highly targeted resistance training program that hits the problem areas that many women have.  It describes in detail what to do, how to do it, and why you do it.  It also include a workout schedule and printable routines.  There is a gym routine and a home routine in case you prefer to stay home, a nice touch.

The other part of the program is a sort of hybrid diet.  It’s not like a normal diet where you have to cut calories, carbs, and everything you like out of your diet.  Instead, it instructs on you specific foods to avoid, and what you can replace them with should you have a craving.  It’s very simple and I really liked this portion of the program.

The overall goal of the diet and exercise plan is not only to burn fat and tone muscle, but to reduce and control the hormones that cause cellulite.  This is a major part of the program, and is discussed in detail.  The information is presented in a very logical and easy to follow format, which is always a plus.

It also includes several other tricks and products that can aid in your progress.  These are natural topical products and dietary additions/supplements.  After reading through the program, I feel that it presents a very logical and straightforward solution to the problem.  Not only that, but I can see a noticeable improvement in my girlfriends thighs and butt.  Overall, I would highly recommend this problem if you are looking for a permanent and cost effective solution to your cellulite problem.

The Scar Solution is certainly an interesting product.  It’s the only digital scar treatment product on the internet.  Unlike most scar treatment products, The Scar Solution is a digital guide, or ebook, that shows you exactly how to eliminate your scars from home.  It gives you step by step instructions on how to treat your scars using natural products that require no doctors visits or expensive procedures.  The internet is full of biased information and crappy products when it comes to scar removal.  This is an unbiased resource, and the contents will certainly surprise you.  If you thought you knew what it took to reduce scarring, think again.

For those of you who have been using Vitamin E to treat scars, did you know that there is no medical evidence that it does anything to reduce a scar?  In fact, it actually made scars worse in some studies.  That’s just one of many important facts that are revealed in this guide.  If want to naturally reduce scarring from home, you absolutely need this book.  It’s the most comprehensive and effective scar treatment product I’ve ever purchased.  I would go so far as to say its the Holy Grail of scar treatment.

Ok, so this is the first free energy product that I’ve actually bought into.  I’ve seen tons of them out there that claim you can run your car on water, build your own solar panels, etc.  However, I just don’t believe any of that could actually work.  Phone lines however, are one thing that I have plenty of, and I don’t use any of them.  In fact, most people these days don’t use their home phones and opt to use a cell phone instead.  This abundance of unused phone lines is what drew me into this product.

First off, Phone 4 Energy claims you can get all the free electricity you want from your phone line, and save thousands of dollars on your electricity bills.  While this is somewhat true, the amount of free energy you can get is somewhat limited.  To get a significant amount of power you will need several unused phone lines.  Also, you can only draw up to 110V so anything which requires a higher voltage than that may not run properly.  Fortunately, 110V is enough to run most household items.  That said, this product really does work!

Will you eliminate your power bill using Phone 4 Energy?  No.  Not even close.  But you really can power most of your household appliances using your phone lines and not pay a penny.  If you have several available phone lines and some time, you can save 10% or maybe 20% off your power bill each month.  That’s a really quick return on investment if you ask me.

So how difficult is it?  It’s not as bad as you’d think.  I do have a technical background so it was simple for me, but the instructions are very detailed.  They designed the product so that anyone could do it.  It may take you slightly longer if you know nothing about wiring, but you will absolutely be able to it.  You should be able to have your house wired up within 4 hours, no matter your technical ability.

So is it worth the $47 dollars?  Absolutely.  You will make your money back within the first 3 months if you put it to use.  Also, if you drag your mouse over the exit, or ‘Close Tab’ button in the corner of your browser, you can claim a $10 dollar discount.  This brings it down to $37 dollars, which is a steal in my opinion.  So what do you have to lose?

For a long time I’ve wanted to learn more Spanish.  Spanish is a very important language to know, especially in the United States.  Not only that, but it’s becoming more important every year, as the Latin population continues to expand.  Knowing Spanish is also very helpful in business, and can give you a huge advantage over other prospective employees.  There’s no doubt learning Spanish is a big advantage in life.

After taking three years of high school Spanish, I decided I’d had enough and gave it up.  Since then, I’ve learned what a mistake that was and have been wanting to get back into it and learn Spanish fluently.  I thought, why not download Spanish lessons online?  After months of putting it off, I finally set out to find the best Spanish learning software.  I was looking for something that was inexpensive, and could help me learn Spanish fast.  I first looked at Rosetta Stone, after seeing all the commercials for it on TV.  Unfortunately, that runs about $500 dollars for the full package.  That’s out of my price range.  Then I started looking for alternatives.  I wanted to be able to download Spanish lessons and learn at my own pace.

After a few days of research, the best I found was Rocket Spanish.  Rocket Spanish is a very popular Spanish learning software, and it costs under $100 dollars.  That fit right into my budget so I gave it a shot.  The course includes 31 audio lessons that all come with written transcripts.  Pretty standard.  There’s also an advanced grammar book (in pdf format).  This is a great addition to the audio lessons and very important part of learning the language.  The best part by far, however, are the software games.

Rocket Spanish comes with 3 Spanish learning software packages.  The first is a vocabulary game that teaches you common words by associating them with pictures.  This is a very important starting point in learning Spanish.  This will get you well on your way to understanding a conversation in Spanish.  Next is a spoken word software which helps you understand how native speakers pronounce common words.  This will get you to the point where you can understand a Spanish conversation.  Next, is the verb tenses software.  This is one of the most difficult aspects of learning Spanish, and this software makes it much easier.  It may be the most important Spanish learning software you will find.

This all comes with email support and a members forum, which is very useful.  I’m still learning, but I’m well on my way to understanding the Spanish language, and I attribute a large part of it to Rocket Spanish.  This is a great course at a great value.  It’s not often you can learn an entire language for $100 bucks.

If you’ve been trying to learn the guitar, but don’t want to pay for expensive lessons, you’ve probably thought about taking guitar lessons online.  The internet is a great place to learn a new skill, so I decided to set out and find the best place to download guitar lessons.  There’s a lot of online guitar lessons out there.  Too many, if you ask me.  So I decided to go with one that charges a one-time fee for the course rather than paying monthly.  That way I could learn it at my own pace and not be pressured to learn it as fast as possible before I end up paying hundreds of dollars.  Let’s face it, even with the best lessons, it takes months or even years to get good at the guitar.

I decided to go with Jamorama.  It appears to be very popular on the net, and for only $40 dollars, it’s a great deal.  You can download some free lessons on the site to get a feel of how it works.  It offers over a year of lessons, plus a bunch of cool software that teaches you how to do things like read music, play songs you hear on the radio, and tune your guitar.  In fact, this was my favorite part about it.  They make it fun to learn by using software programs rather than having someone try to explain it.  I also like how Jamorama really caters to beginners.

Overall, I was really pleased with my purchase.  After my cousin taught me some basic chords, I was really anxious to learn more guitar, and Jamorama makes it really simple.  You pay once, and you get all the lessons you could ever need.  Plus you get some pretty sweet video lessons that teach you how to play popular songs quickly.  This was my original goal anyway, so it worked out great for me.  I was able to pick up almost any of the songs in an hour and play them like a seasoned guitarist.

Long story short, if you’re a beginner at the guitar, this is probably the best place to start.  It’s the best value I’ve found on the net.  If you’re already advanced, and looking to improve, I would probably go elsewhere.  For me, this was a great purchase and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to download guitar lessons.
